Production Associate Decorations Department

Renewal Logistics is a high output third party logistics female led company that specializes in operations management for the apparel, footwear, and goods industries.

If you have this experience and want to grow a thriving company with competitive compensation, 401k, paid vacation and much more! We are adding a Production Associate to assist customization in our decorations department. This role is entry level but is filled with opportunities to learn and grow!

Responsibilities

• Assist in the decoration and customization of products (e.g., heat transfers, embroidery prep, labeling, tagging, folding, packaging).
• Operate and maintain basic decoration equipment and tools under supervision.
• Follow detailed work instructions to ensure accuracy and consistency in customization tasks.
• Inspect finished products for quality assurance, ensuring customer specifications are met.
• Organize, stage, and prepare items for decoration in alignment with production schedules.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area in compliance with company standards.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily production goals.
• Support other warehouse tasks (receiving, picking, packing, inventory) when needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• No prior experience required; training will be provided.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Basic comfort with hand tools and equipment.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production deadlines.
• Willingness to learn new skills in product customization and decoration.
• Ability to stand, lift, and move for extended periods (up to 50 lbs as needed).

This role offers training in customization techniques and production workflows, with opportunities to advance into specialized decoration, quality control, or team lead positions within the warehouse.
